What are the delivery costs?

All orders £0-£49 have a charge of £10.  £50-£99 have a charge of £7.50. And all orders over £100 will be free of all carriage charges.

When should I expect delivery?

If the items you require are in stock which they usually are, the order will be with you in 2 - 3 working days once payment has been received.

If I am not totally satisfied with my goods, can I return them?

We offer a 100% quarantee on all of our products.  If you are not totally satisfied, please return goods in the original packaging within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund.

What happens if I receive a faulty item?

If you receive a faulty item, you must notify us by email or in writing within 48 hours of receipt. We would ask you send it back in its original packaging where a full refund will be arranged, or a replacement sent out.

Where do you deliver to?

We despatch goods throughout the UK. If you have any additional requirements, please contact us.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

Yes, you will need to sign for receipt of delivery. We advise that you give us your day time address (when placing your order).

Can you supply samples?

Sometimes we maybe able to supply samples please call us with your requirements.

Do we provide Safety Data Sheets?

Yes, all our chemicals are covered by COSH regulations and these can be downloaded from the website.

Can you supply goods to a different address than shown on a credit/debit card?

All orders where payment is made by a credit or debit card can only be delivered to the registered card address.

Do the prices shown include VAT?

No, All prices displayed do not include VAT and carriage.
